1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 345db ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 345db platform at 345db.app, including all associated services, games, sports betting markets, payment facilities, promotional offers, and customer support channels.

By completing the registration process, accessing any part of the 345db platform, depositing funds, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be unconditionally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the 345db platform.

345db operates as a safe and reliable online gaming platform with SSL encryption and fair play certification. We are committed to providing a transparent, fair, and responsible gaming environment for all eligible players in Bangladesh and other supported territories.

345db reserves the right to refuse service, restrict access, or close any account at its sole discretion. The Company also reserves the right to void any bet or transaction found to be in violation of these Terms or to have been placed in error, including technical errors affecting displayed odds, game outcomes, or payment amounts.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 345db. Where any conflict exists between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless otherwise stated.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To access the full range of 345db services — including deposits, game play, sports betting, bonus claims, and withdrawals — you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. The following eligibility criteria apply to all prospective registrants:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 345db operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Underage gambling is illegal and deeply harmful; any account found to have been registered by a person under 18 will be closed immediately and any remaining balance returned, subject to verification.
• You must be a natural person (individual human being). Corporate entities, legal persons, and automated systems may not register player accounts.
• You may hold only one (1) active account on the 345db platform at any time. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, different identities, or via other household members — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a serious breach of these Terms.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be self-excluded from any gambling platform or be subject to any court order, legal restriction, or regulatory prohibition preventing you from gambling.

Identity Verification (KYC): 345db is committed to Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance. All players are required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address and proof of payment method may also be requested. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Players are responsible for ensuring that their account details remain current. Any change of name, address, payment method, or contact information must be communicated to 345db support promptly. 345db will not be liable for any loss resulting from outdated account information provided by the player.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

345db supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market. All transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) unless otherwise specified.

Accepted Deposit Methods:

• Nagad — instant mobile money deposits, minimum ৳100
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank) — instant mobile money, minimum ৳100
• Upay — mobile wallet deposits, minimum ৳100
• Visa / Mastercard — card payments subject to standard processing times

Deposits are processed instantly for mobile money methods and are credited to your 345db wallet balance immediately upon confirmation. 345db does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Any deposit found to have originated from a third-party source may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed after successful KYC verification. Mobile money withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically completed within one hour of approval. Card withdrawals may take 3–5 business days depending on the issuing bank. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 345db reserves the right to impose additional verification requirements on large withdrawals in line with our anti-money laundering obligations.

345db does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers — including mobile money operators and card issuers — may apply their own transaction fees, over which 345db has no control. Players are advised to review their payment provider's fee schedule before transacting.

In the event of a technical error or processing failure affecting a deposit or withdrawal, players must notify 345db support within 72 hours. 345db will investigate and, where the error is confirmed, will take corrective action in a timely manner. The Company will not be responsible for losses arising from delayed reporting of payment errors.

4 Bonus & Promotional Terms

345db offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. These include, but are not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published at the time of the promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is published on the relevant promotion page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the 345db platform contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Contribution percentages vary by game type and are disclosed on the relevant promotion page. Bets placed on games with 0% contribution will not count towards wagering requirements.
• Bonus Validity: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds that remain unwagered after the expiry date will be removed from the player's account automatically. No extensions will be granted except at the sole discretion of 345db management.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless a specific promotion explicitly permits this. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses concurrently will be treated as bonus abuse.
• Withdrawal Restrictions: A player who has an active bonus must complete the wagering requirements before requesting a withdrawal. Requesting a withdrawal before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus being forfeited. The principal deposit amount (net of any losses) may be withdrawable depending on the specific bonus terms.
• Bonus Abuse: 345db actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements, creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and all bonus-derived funds forfeited.

5 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 345db platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in any automated manner
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or misconfigured odds for financial gain — any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be reclaimed
• Money laundering or using the 345db platform to process funds derived from illegal activity
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the 345db platform
• Using the platform in any way that violates applicable Bangladeshi law or the laws of your jurisdiction
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 345db staff or other players via any communication channel
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming tools or restrictions imposed on your account

345db reserves the right to monitor all account activity for compliance with these obligations. Where prohibited conduct is suspected, 345db may temporarily restrict account access pending investigation. The outcome of such investigations may be shared with relevant authorities where legally required.

Players are also responsible for ensuring that their use of the 345db platform does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights. 345db's brand, logo, game content, and platform technology are proprietary and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without prior written consent.

6 Game Rules & Betting Rules

All games and betting markets available on the 345db platform are governed by individual game rules and betting rules, which are accessible within each game or market interface. The following general principles apply across all 345db products:

Casino Games: All RNG-based casino games on 345db use certified random number generation software supplied by licensed game providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Play'n GO. Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are disclosed within the individual game's help or information section. 345db does not alter or override the RTP settings of any game supplied by its providers.

Live Casino: Live dealer games are operated by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. • All bets are final once confirmed. 345db does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except where a market is declared void.
• Markets may be suspended or voided in the event of match postponement, abandonment, or circumstances beyond 345db's control. Void bets are refunded in full.
• In-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment the bet is placed. Odds are subject to change without notice in a live betting environment.
• 345db reserves the right to limit or restrict the maximum stake on any bet, market, or sport at its sole discretion.
• Any bet placed on an incorrect market or odds due to a manifest error on 345db's part will be void and refunded. Winnings arising from manifest errors are not payable.

In the event of a dispute regarding a specific game or betting outcome, players must contact 345db support within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

345db reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months
• At the player's own request, including for responsible gaming reasons such as self-exclusion
• In response to a legal obligation, court order, or regulatory requirement

Voluntary Closure: Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting 345db support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to the player's registered payment method after verification. Account closure does not exempt the player from any outstanding wagering obligations or pending KYC requirements.

Responsible Gaming Closure: Players who request account closure for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — will have their account closed immediately. Self-excluded players may not re-register on the 345db platform during the self-exclusion period. 345db encourages any player who feels that gambling is becoming harmful to utilise the self-exclusion tools available in their account settings. Inactive Account Policy: Accounts that have recorded no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. 345db will make reasonable efforts to notify the player via their registered email address before any dormancy fee is applied. A dormancy administration fee may be deducted from inactive account balances in accordance with the schedule published on the 345db platform at the time of inactivity. Balances that fall to zero will result in account closure.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 345db, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 345db platform or its services.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, 345db shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of gambling activity on the 345db platform
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of service, whether planned or unplanned
• Any loss of data, account information, or transaction history arising from technical failures
• Any delay or failure in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers
• Any actions taken by 345db in good faith in response to a suspected breach of these Terms
• Any loss arising from the player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials

345db makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of its platform, games, or betting markets. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 345db uses commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of 345db to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 345db with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
